  • •Ensure risks associated with business activities are identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Up to 1 year of relevant customer service or sales experience.
  • •Ability to prioritize and multi-task while navigating multiple business applications, including a Windows operating system.

  • •At least 6 months of Life Insurance and/or Annuity Service experience; 2+ years of customer contact experience in a call center environment where multi-tasking is required.
