Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide end-to-end ownership of assigned government reference architecture programs, including aligning technical, cost, and schedule baselines to commitments.
  • •Manage program financials, including budgets, burn tracking against funding, and producing defensible EAC/ETC forecasts.
  • •Maintain architecture fluency and participate in open systems trade discussions, driving milestone and risk burndown.
  • •Own CDRL and contract deliverable planning and delivery, managing submission schedules, internal authoring/review cycles, and compliance with data item descriptions.
  • •Serve as the primary interface to the government program office, running program reviews/technical interchange meetings and representing program status to the customer.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 166,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of progressive program management experience on government or defense programs with direct ownership of cost, schedule, and technical performance.
  • •Active US Secret clearance.
  • •Experience with systems engineering and/or software engineering.
  • •Experience owning contract deliverables, including planning, driving, and delivering CDRLs with submission scheduling, internal review cycles, and compliance with data item descriptions.
  • •Proven ability leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders across engineering, contracts, finance, and security in high-pressure environments.
