Key Requirements

  • •Fully qualified employment lawyer in an EU jurisdiction with extensive employment law experience, including at least 6 years in a law firm environment and strong litigation background.
  • •Deep expertise in platform work and worker classification, including interpreting and applying the EU Platform Workers Directive and related employment legislation.
  • •Experience advising senior stakeholders and collaborating across multi-jurisdictional, cross-functional teams with strong legal judgment.
  • •Excellent legal drafting and communication skills, including executive-level communications and creating slide presentations.
  • •Fluency in English and fluency in at least one additional European language, with willingness to be based in or relocate to an EU market.
