Oversee operational IT for the hypermarket unit, ensuring availability, performance and security of IT tools and services. Coordinate technical actions, monitor incidents, support users, and drive continuous improvement of the IT information system by interfacing with internal teams and external vendors to meet service levels.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor daily IT activity and ensure availability, performance and security of IT tools and services.
•Coordinate interventions of internal teams and external providers; track incidents, support requests and corrective actions; ensure adherence to intervention timelines and SLAs.
•Oversee the operation of equipment, applications, networks and systems; participate in infrastructure supervision and preventive/corrective maintenance.
•Act as interface between users, technical teams and providers; collect, qualify and prioritize needs or anomalies; provide regular updates on request resolutions.
•Produce dashboards/indicators as follow-up on activity; analyze recurring issues and propose improvements; update technical/functional documentation and contribute to IT security and compliance efforts.

Key Requirements

•Experience in IT helpdesk/IT operations and coordinating incident resolution
•Ability to coordinate internal teams and external vendors and manage incidents and service requests with SLAs
•Familiarity with monitoring, maintenance and availability of IT infrastructure (equipment, networks, systems)
•Ability to produce dashboards/metrics and document technical and functional procedures
•Understanding of security practices and compliance with internal IT procedures
