Job Summary

Own end-to-end hardware asset management across the asset lifecycle, including creating and updating asset records in the asset database. Support HAM audits and remediation, manage hardware asset inventory with IMACS and related processes, and reconcile data across multiple sources. Use MS Access and Excel to generate operational and ad-hoc reports, collaborate with stakeholders to gather required data, and improve HAM reporting and metrics while working independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage end-to-end hardware asset management life cycle, including leased assets.
•Create and update asset records in the asset database across all stages of the asset lifecycle.
•Participate in asset management audits and remediation efforts.
•Interact with internal and external stakeholders to collect relevant data to maintain hardware asset inventory.
•Perform reporting, including data reconciliation and generating operational/ad-hoc reports, and contribute to improving HAM reporting and metrics.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience in a similar IT asset management role.
•End-to-end asset management life cycle experience for hardware assets, including managing leased assets.
•Strong knowledge of Excel and MS Access (or similar tools) to create reports and dashboards.
•Good verbal and written communication with customer service focus, including handling challenging situations.
•Knowledge of HAM processes (e.g., IMACS) and IT asset management tooling/discovery tools such as ServiceNow/Flexera/Remedy and SCCM/SMS/Flexera/Marimba/LANDesk/Altiris.
•Preference for a technical degree and relevant industry certifications.
