Assistant Project Manager / Project Manager - Construction

Oversee and manage construction projects for a distribution company as the owner’s representative, ensuring safe, efficient delivery within budget. Coordinate with internal teams and external general contractors across the United States and Canada, manage schedules and budgets (hard/soft costs), and ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards. Lead teams of consultants and contractors, manage risks and liabilities, and support training while engaging in business development for new local construction projects.
