Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform month-end closing duties and financial analysis, including reviewing general ledger, P&L, and balance sheet according to US GAAP and/or local Asia Pacific GAAP; consolidation experience is an advantage.
  • •Handle accounting and taxation enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Assist with internal and external audit requirements.
  • •Process corporate payments: verify payment requests with supporting documents, obtain approvals, handle invoice settlements and expense reimbursements, and upload/reconcile bank balances and transactions.
  • •Participate in finance transformation projects, define and deliver finance process improvements (including controls and risk assessment), and support payroll operations and other ad hoc tasks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business studies, or a professional accountancy qualification.
  • •Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
  • •Working knowledge and application of accounting standards such as US GAAP, IFRS, or equivalent.
  • •Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software/ERP.
  • •Experience in accounting and vendor payment processing procedures.
