Job Summary

Define and execute a measurement framework to estimate the impact of future AI initiatives and track delivered value. Map and assess AI initiatives across regions, then identify which should scale and set rollout milestones. Orchestrate end-to-end rollouts with business stakeholders and AI experts, ensuring business needs translate into data requirements, adoption, usability, and change management. Lead multidisciplinary AI and data science teams, promote ethical AI, and drive continuous improvement backlogs.

Key Responsibilities

•Define a measurement framework to estimate impact of future AI initiatives and track delivered value.
•Map and assess existing regional AI initiatives (NorAm, EME, SEA, Latam, China) for business potential.
•Identify and promote the most promising AI initiatives to scale, and define rollout milestones.
•Orchestrate AI initiative rollouts with business stakeholders and AI experts, translating business issues into data requirements and managing data collection with Data Governance.
•Provide leadership to AI/data science teams, drive adoption/usability/value, and ensure ethical AI practices aligned with data privacy and regulatory standards.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 10 years of experience in data, AI, advanced analytics, or related fields, including significant leadership experience.
•Significant experience in a consulting firm.
•Proven track record managing AI strategies in complex, large-scale organizations.
•Experience leading and managing multidisciplinary teams across multiple stakeholders and functions.
•Strong understanding of enterprise AI adoption requirements, including data, technology, and governance (plus ethical AI and privacy/regulatory standards).
