Key Responsibilities

  • •Define a measurement framework to estimate impact of future AI initiatives and track delivered value.
  • •Map and assess existing regional AI initiatives (NorAm, EME, SEA, Latam, China) for business potential.
  • •Identify and promote the most promising AI initiatives to scale, and define rollout milestones.
  • •Orchestrate AI initiative rollouts with business stakeholders and AI experts, translating business issues into data requirements and managing data collection with Data Governance.
  • •Provide leadership to AI/data science teams, drive adoption/usability/value, and ensure ethical AI practices aligned with data privacy and regulatory standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years of experience in data, AI, advanced analytics, or related fields, including significant leadership experience.
  • •Significant experience in a consulting firm.
  • •Proven track record managing AI strategies in complex, large-scale organizations.
  • •Experience leading and managing multidisciplinary teams across multiple stakeholders and functions.
  • •Strong understanding of enterprise AI adoption requirements, including data, technology, and governance (plus ethical AI and privacy/regulatory standards).
