Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the lead architecture authority across Financial Crimes, Regulatory Compliance, and Regulatory Change portfolios, providing technical leadership for capabilities including AML, KYC, sanctions screening, fraud prevention, ethics & conduct, trade surveillance, and compliance testing/monitoring.
  • •Establish and govern target-state architecture vision, aligning technology strategy with regulatory obligations, business strategy, enterprise architecture standards, and long-term objectives.
  • •Develop portfolio architecture roadmaps and modernization strategies covering platform rationalization, cloud adoption, technical debt reduction, cost optimization, and technology transformation.
  • •Define enterprise architecture principles, engineering standards, design patterns, and reference architectures across SaaS, cloud-native, hybrid, and on-prem environments, including integration patterns and enterprise data architecture governance.
  • •Provide architectural leadership for compliance technology platforms and enterprise resiliency practices, including disaster recovery and operational excellence, while partnering with Product Management, Compliance, Risk, Audit, Operations, Cyber Security, Data Management, and Engineering.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • •At least 15 years of progressively responsible experience in enterprise architecture, software engineering, data architecture, or technology leadership.
  • •Enterprise architecture leadership across multiple business domains and technology portfolios, including financial services and compliance/banking environments.
  • •Experience delivering and governing SaaS, cloud-native, hybrid, and on-premise solutions, including enterprise data architecture and integration platforms.
