Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding consumer service using the C.H.A.R.M. service model.
  • •Drive daily sales targets and help the store team meet and exceed performance metrics.
  • •Coordinate, delegate, prioritize, and follow up on daily store activities and deadlines.
  • •Support retail operations including POS system management, stock replenishment, pricing/markdown processes, loyalty promotion, and cleanliness standards.
  • •Adhere to Crocs Asset Protection policies and procedures, including shortage prevention and inventory control.

Key Requirements

  • •2–3 years of total retail experience, with a preference for candidates with previous store leadership roles.

  • •Communication skills in the local language and English (written and verbal) to connect with store team and partners.
  • •Flexibility in schedule, including availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours; regular attendance is essential.
  • •Proficiency in MS Office and different POS systems.
