Key Responsibilities

  • •Work directly with process owners and customer IT to select workflows, define success, and obtain test access and data.
  • •Run hands-on sessions with customers to build workflows, explain capabilities/limitations, and connect technical results to business outcomes.
  • •Write custom JavaScript tools when existing capabilities can’t complete tasks and debug failures across browser behavior and backend services.
  • •Build tests covering business outcomes, exceptions, partial completion, and recovery; launch and stabilize workflows with monitoring and recovery procedures.
  • •Turn deployment lessons into reusable tools and tests and collaborate with core engineering to address recurring product gaps.
