Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete an 8-month Technical Sales Engineer track within TI’s FAST program with three rotations: Field Sales Office, Mass Market, and Business Unit/Systems Engineering & Marketing
  • •Partner with customers and internal teams to uncover and win sales opportunities using TI’s sales process and virtual account system
  • •Scale selling actions across multiple customers and learn automation and scalable selling techniques
  • •Gain hands-on understanding of TI product lifecycles and the 3-vector approach, including remote and in-person experience
  • •After completion, serve as a Technical Sales Representative by identifying projects with engineering relationships, managing leads and commercial aspects, and developing/forecasting/monitoring annual revenue growth

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90,000 - 125,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or related field
  • •Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher
  • •Ability to balance strong technical skills with relationship-building
  • •Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions
