Deliver exceptional client experiences at the Hermès Chatswood Chase Boutique in a fast-paced luxury environment. Key Responsibilities

•Provide exceptional client experience and maintain client relationships in line with Hermès Sales & Service Ambassador guidelines.
•Handle client service issues (dissatisfied customers, exchanges, returns, after-sales) and support repairs with accurate forms.
•Capture and update accurate customer and transaction information through POS and CRM systems.
•Act as a proactive métier Ambassador, including visual merchandising, housekeeping, and sharing métier performance and product knowledge.
•Assist with daily operations such as stock delivery unpacking/validation, cycle counts/stock takes, and compliance with store policies.

Key Requirements

•Availability to work within a 7-day roster including weekends.
•Strong background in customer service and/or sales, ideally in a luxury environment with Fine Jewelry expertise.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including relationship development.
•Exhibit a high standard of presentation and grooming.
•Time management and ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize while achieving personal targets.
