Key Responsibilities

•Meet business metrics goals for each cell (Cost, Quality, Delivery, Environmental Health and Safety, CORE, Employee Fulfillment)
•Ensure all quality related items for multiple cells or a complex cell are complete and documented to meet established quality standards
•Implement root cause corrective actions to maintain quality; apply CORE and Lean strategies to improve quality, reduce cycle time and costs; ensure EH&S procedures are followed
•Supervise materials and logistics activities to ensure availability of materials and smooth operations
•Manage cell performance and productivity to maximize output and identify opportunities to improve quality and reduce costs

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 86,800 - 165,200 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years in engineering, machining, manufacturing operations, quality or related field OR Associate's degree with 7+ years of experience OR High School Diploma/GED with 9+ years of experience
•Experience in MS PowerPoint and Excel
•MS Office proficiency
•U.S. citizenship is required for access to information under this contract
•Strong manufacturing/production background in machining or related field
