Poultry Processing Supervisor

Supervise poultry processing production lines and department personnel to ensure procedures follow company policies and USDA/OSHA requirements while meeting schedules, efficiency, and budget objectives. Manage and rotate up to 100 employees, maintain accurate daily reporting, and drive process optimization by improving throughput, reducing waste, and addressing quality issues. Partner with Quality Assurance to ensure food-safe environments, lead improvement initiatives, mentor teams, and enforce safety and PPE compliance.
