Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of engineers and collaborate with Trust and Safety experts, ML engineers, and other cross-functional teams to deliver key results.
  • •Partner with Product Managers and other teams to shape the roadmap for the Trust and Safety risk and response domain.
  • •Define and drive the technical vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • •Continuously improve quality, efficiency, and security of the system.
  • •Help product teams design safety and abuse resistance into new products from the beginning.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science with at least 5 years of experience.
  • •2+ years of experience managing or technically leading a software engineering team.
  • •Strong experience architecting and implementing modern, large-scale consumer-facing web applications and backend systems.
  • •User-facing product experience building, designing, and scaling software architecture.
  • •Experience driving collaboration across cross-functional teams to deliver shared goals.
