Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with cross-functional peers to craft a tooling product strategy that improves agent servicing experiences.
  • •Own and prioritize the near-term product roadmap, defining success metrics and measurable outcomes using data.
  • •Lead agile ceremonies and co-create technical solutions with tech leads, making build-vs-buy decisions for platforms and components.
  • •Build and iterate on agent workflows to deliver intuitive UI improvements and reduce friction for frontline teams.
  • •Manage an engineering team and a groomed agile backlog to sustain developer velocity while delivering tooling enhancements and integrating AI/industry trends into the roadmap.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
  • •At least 1 year of product management experience, or at least 1 year in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.
  • •Experience translating business strategy or analysis into consumer-facing digital products.
  • •Experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences.
  • •Experience working cross-functionally as a product owner in an agile development process.
