Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate a motor grader/blade safely and efficiently to regulate blade height/angle and perform grading-related tasks.
  • •Conduct daily equipment and walk-around/site inspections to identify and correct unsafe conditions.
  • •Maintain safe slopes on excavations and ensure proper barricading.
  • •Perform routine maintenance such as lubricating, fueling, and cleaning; handle minor servicing or escalate major issues.
  • •Keep time and material records and travel between interstate highways and rural dirt roads to support job sites; assist laborers as needed.

Key Requirements
