Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with Program Managers and stakeholders to ensure consistent processes for talent programs, including sourcing, screening, and hiring early-career candidates.
•Support interviewers and plan summer programming activities such as learning and development initiatives or fireside chats with leaders.
•Plan and execute early-career hiring events (e.g., career fairs, office tours) and manage relationships with student groups and career centers.
•Coordinate recruiting enablement programs in EMEA through logistics and cross-functional collaboration.
•Create employment brand content and social media posts for Poland and across EMEA, and develop project plans while tracking progress and measuring ROI.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience working with HR projects and teams.
•Experience working with students.
•Strong attention to detail with scheduling and coordination across high volumes of requests and calendars.
•Willingness to learn new technologies (e.g., Greenhouse, CoderPad, Modernloop).
•Preferred: fluency in English and Polish; B.S./B.A. preferred; frontline recruiting experience desired.
