Key Responsibilities

  • •Support business line management with day-to-day operational and administrative management.
  • •Develop and coordinate implementation of Global Markets plans and priorities to deliver agreed strategy.
  • •Support adoption of Group/regulatory policies and internal control workflows while ensuring conduct and control best practices.
  • •Prepare product papers for new products, services, or processes and support adoption of new business initiatives.
  • •Analyse regulatory requirements’ impact by product class and coordinate with internal/external regulatory stakeholders, including cost control and incident support.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Business Administration or other relevant qualifications.
  • •Proven experience in banking/financial institutions, preferably in product development, business planning/management, and risk & control management.
  • •Experience in a Global Markets COO office, with knowledge of Rates & FX as a plus.
  • •Excellent planning and project management skills.
  • •Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and adaptability.
