Job Summary

Safely and efficiently perform warehouse operations to support internal and external customers. You will pull, load, unload, sort, stage, stack, wrap, transport, and count products and materials while performing quality control checks and maintaining required records. The role includes operating yard switchers, trucks, forklifts and other material-handling equipment, interacting with automation and voice-pick systems, troubleshooting basic system issues, and following food safety and GMP guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

•Safely perform warehouse duties including pulling, loading, unloading, sorting, staging, stacking, building pallets, wrapping, transporting, counting, and replenishing products and materials.
•Verify accuracy and quality of received and shipped products, and maintain required records such as bill of ladings, receivers, and pick tickets.
•Operate yard switcher, automatic/straight trucks, and assigned material-handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, wrappers) for loading/unloading and moving goods.
•Interact with automation systems and voice pick/paper pick tickets to build and verify accurate pallets and correct load outs and inventory counts.
•Perform basic troubleshooting for automation system errors and complete safety/pre-trip checks while adhering to GMP and food safety rules.

Key Requirements

•Must pass the forklift skills assessment and safely operate PBV material handling equipment.
•At least six months of forklift experience is preferred.
•Computer/Human Machine Interface skills and the ability to read and follow procedures and work instructions.
•Good math, reading, writing, and communication skills, including the ability to read product labels and load ticket instructions.
•Must be able to count large quantities and work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse with hot/humid or cold conditions.
