Job Summary

Leads production personnel on the 3rd shift and assists plant supervision in planning, set up, and production of molded OES products. Drives shift execution through shift huddles, pre-shift planning, and ensuring operators have correct part information, components, and equipment. Supports efficient changeovers, break coverage, product scanning/shrink-wrapping, accurate NetSuite data entry, and training to ramp new employees while maintaining quality and production targets.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist the production supervisor with shift huddles and lead the operations team in pre-shift stretches.
•Ensure machine operators receive and understand part information sheets for scheduled runs.
•Provide operators with barcode labels, components, and equipment for scheduled shift products and orders; coordinate additional supplies with shipping and receiving.
•Cover machine operators for breaks and perform machine operator duties as needed.
•Scan/shrink-wrap finished product, ensure production data is accurately recorded in NetSuite via tablets, support changeovers, and assist with training new employees.
