Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the production supervisor with shift huddles and lead the operations team in pre-shift stretches.
  • •Ensure machine operators receive and understand part information sheets for scheduled runs.
  • •Provide operators with barcode labels, components, and equipment for scheduled shift products and orders; coordinate additional supplies with shipping and receiving.
  • •Cover machine operators for breaks and perform machine operator duties as needed.
  • •Scan/shrink-wrap finished product, ensure production data is accurately recorded in NetSuite via tablets, support changeovers, and assist with training new employees.
