Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure timely delivery of local artworks (graphics for single unit packs and displays) for new products in the portfolio via the dedicated management information system.
  • •Oversee project briefs with global graphics agencies and align inputs from internal stakeholders including Brand Marketing, Regulatory, Legal, and Factory Packaging Technology.
  • •Manage day-to-day artwork project activities with global graphics teams, agencies, factory packaging technology departments, and printers while resolving ad hoc issues in partnership with project managers.
  • •Review and approve artwork-related cost estimates from GLARAs (Global Lead Artwork and Repro Agencies) and printing suppliers.
  • •Represent the Polish artwork team in European forums and supervise the Artwork Project Assistant, providing guidance and task delegation.

  • •University degree in Marketing or a related field.
