Key Responsibilities

•Drive daily L1 and L2 technical support and troubleshoot complex GWS and Slack issues for global users and stakeholders.
•Independently configure, document, maintain, and troubleshoot Google Workspace and Slack access, user lifecycle management, and third-party integrations.
•Build and implement system automations and support tools using Google Apps Script, Slack Workflow Builder, GAM, and APIs to improve efficiency and support quality.
•Enforce security best practices across collaboration platforms, managing Google Vault and Slack E-Discovery, configuring DLP rules, and ensuring policy compliance.
•Manage operational incidents during shifts and provide on-call support during on-call shifts; coordinate with other departments and mentor junior engineers.

Key Requirements

•1-3 years of relevant experience managing and administering collaboration platforms in a large-scale enterprise environment.
•Strong expertise in Google Workspace and Slack administration, including large-scale OUs, shared drives, and Slack Enterprise Grid features.
•Intermediate understanding of engineering best practices with observability, maintainability, scalability, and security in mind.
•Structured, organized way of working and agile project management skills to analyze systems, identify inefficiencies, and deliver cross-platform projects.
•Comfort collaborating with and negotiating with stakeholders to meet their departmental needs and share learnings.
