Key Responsibilities

  • •Join Loula’s network of independent postpartum doula providers and support postpartum clients.
  • •Deliver postpartum doula care while Loula manages Medicaid enrollment, credentialing, insurance verification, billing, and payment.
  • •Work within an independent-contractor, non-exclusive network while keeping your own clients and practice.
  • •Participate in the matching/referral process to receive insured client referrals.
  • •Set your own caseload since there are no client minimums or visit requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100 - 134 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •5 years of experience as a doula, with 3 letters of recommendation OR birth/full-spectrum doula training (16 hours) plus attendance at 3 births as a doula.
  • •Adult and infant CPR training.
  • •HIPAA training.
  • •Liability insurance.
