Define how knowledge, standards, and best practices are structured, deployed, and sustained across brands and regions. Lead governance and lifecycle for SOPs, playbooks, and process standards; design capability frameworks, training curricula, and onboarding models; consolidate cross-brand best practices; and drive continuous improvement and advisory on capability maturity year over year.
