Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently plan, steer, and deliver technical due diligence mandates for existing properties and project developments across asset classes.
  • •Act as the technical point of contact for customers within TDD projects.
  • •Conduct site inspections, review documents, and perform technical evaluations including cost and risk assessments.
  • •Create, quality-assure, and present TDD reports, including result discussions with clients in German and English.
  • •Contribute to customer acquisition and proposal preparation, support development of consulting offerings, and build long-term client relationships.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in real estate, business administration, civil engineering, architecture, economics/engineering, or a comparable qualification.
  • •Multi-year experience in Technical Due Diligence, building consultancy, project monitoring, or a comparable technical real-estate advisory role.
  • •Technical understanding of buildings and construction, including maintenance and refurbishment topics.
  • •Direct customer-facing experience, ideally with investors, financiers, or institutional clients.
  • •Strong German and English skills with confident, structured, independent, analytical communication and working style.
