Counsel - Project Finance

Counsel for the Capital Markets team supporting Rowan’s multi-billion-dollar data center and power infrastructure portfolio and financing pipeline. You’ll partner with finance and business stakeholders to structure, draft, and negotiate project financing documents, advise on deal terms, coordinate deal teams, and manage due diligence and green loan requirements. The role emphasizes risk management, efficient processes, and clear stakeholder communication, with up to 15% travel.
