Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the Service Delivery Coordinator/Salesman to understand client objectives and commercial terms, including outcome-based vs. line item contracts.
  • •Perform offset well and similar job analysis to evaluate hazards and incident potential, and ensure cross-disciplinary constraints are considered.
  • •Design job programs with risk mitigation and contingency plans to meet client objectives and maximize revenue and future job assignments.
  • •Provide on-demand/on-call support for job execution, document calculations/simulations/plan revisions, and compare planned vs. executed outcomes to capture lessons learned.
  • •Support failure investigations and incident management, drive corrective actions, and provide sales support and product application recommendations.
