Join a high-impact eCommerce accelerated development program for MBA graduates and rotate through three business areas: Business Intelligence & Platform Strategy, Category Strategy, and Category Operations. Key Responsibilities

•Rotate through three eCommerce business areas to gain hands-on experience and cross-functional exposure.
•Use real-time data to uncover trends, diagnose issues, and identify untapped opportunities while influencing scalable strategies.
•Own or support category-specific growth levers (e.g., pricing, assortment, branding, seller development) and refine GTM strategies.
•Lead high-impact cross-functional special projects addressing platform-level challenges and stakeholder needs.
•Guide sellers and creators through onboarding, training, and early success using data-driven advice and playbooks.

Key Requirements

•Final-year student or recent graduate from an MBA, other Master’s program, or a Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field, with prior professional experience.
•Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and a strong capacity for rapid learning.
•Clear and effective communication skills.
•Exposure to business analytics, data analytics, data science, information systems/technology, finance/accounting, or economics (or related disciplines).
•Prior internship experience in e-commerce or management consulting.
