•Achieve top-line sales targets for assigned territory by selling DEWALT PTE, HTAS, STANLEY, LENOX, IRWIN, BOSTITCH, and PORTERCABLE brands to end-user customers.
•Establish, develop, and maintain key relationships with end-user partners; manage CORE and other SBD user contracts and programs.
•Teach and mentor the local market team on end-user development and how partners execute purchasing through central and facility processes.
•Partner with Channel Marketing to implement and coordinate marketing initiatives.
•Maintain and use Salesforce.com for CRM and planning, communicating successes and failures for streamlined processes and improved outcomes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
•3+ years of experience in Sales or Marketing for construction supplies with a proven track record delivering results.
•Experience selling to high-level executives, C-Suite, and jobsite directors is preferred.
•Valid Driver’s License and the physical ability to travel up to 50% within the territory assignment.
•Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and strong communication and organization skills.
