  • •Establish systems architecture, governance, security, data integrity, and change management standards across People technology.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in HRIS/People Systems with significant ownership of Workday in a complex or global organization.
  • •Deep Workday expertise and experience leading or playing a significant leadership role in at least one full-cycle Workday implementation.
  • •Strong knowledge of Workday architecture, configuration, integrations, security, reporting, and data governance.
  • •Experience developing and executing a People Systems strategy and roadmap.
