Key Responsibilities

•Strategic Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to Product and Engineering VPs — weighing in on org design, team structure, and people strategy as the business scales
•Talent Planning: Lead organizational assessments and headcount planning to ensure our tech teams are built for where Crusoe is going, not just where we are today
•Manager Development: Coach and develop engineering and product managers — helping them level up as leaders, navigate performance conversations, and build high-performing teams
•Career Frameworks: Partner with leaders on leveling, growth paths, and career development that reflect the complexity and pace of a world-class tech organization
•Talent Development: Identify high-potential individuals across Product and Engineering, and build structured short and long-term programs — mentorship tracks, leadership pipelines, skill accelerators — that turn potential into sustained performance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 195,000 - 230,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or equivalent, with meaningful time supporting Product and/or Engineering organizations
•Deep fluency in what makes tech orgs tick and how to build trust in a technical environment
•Proven track record partnering with senior leaders on org design, headcount planning, and talent strategy
•Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and ability to drive great work without a perfect playbook
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
