Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the learning and change journey for data and AI initiatives.
  • •Assist in managing training sessions in SuccessFactors, including training plan coordination and material preparation support.
  • •Develop and deliver communication plans and create or update communication materials and presentations for multiple target groups.
  • •Create intranet content (e.g., blog articles, emails, updates) focused on AI and data and support knowledge management for change initiatives.
  • •Contribute to generative AI tool enablement, collect/analyze data for change initiatives, and help with reporting to measure effectiveness.
