Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with marketing strategy leads to design, streamline, and optimize SFMC journeys, including building and filtering audiences.
  • •Design and execute cross-channel SFMC journeys based on marketer requirements.
  • •Apply expertise in personalization and marketing automation to implement dynamic email content and segmentation rules.
  • •Partner with Capital One MarTech leads for support on capability development, platform integrations, and omni-channel execution.
  • •Monitor and analyze campaign performance, offering actionable insights and resolving technical or process issues as they arise.

Salary: USD 120,800 - 137,900 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or Military experience.
  • •At least 4 years planning, building, and analyzing marketing campaigns leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
  • •At least 4 years leveraging SQL queries to build target audiences.
  • •Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certifications: Email Specialist.
  • •Experience creating dynamic and personalized marketing campaigns using AMPscript and SQL.
