Customer Service Delivery Advocate

Deliver vehicles to customers’ doors and provide a great end-to-end customer experience as a key part of the car-buying journey. You’ll load and unload vehicles on custom haulers, inspect equipment for safety, complete customer paperwork, and enter thorough notes into a customer tracking system. The role requires strong customer-facing skills and safe, consistent driving while meeting physical demands and local licensing requirements.
