•Architect and maintain scalable, reliable infrastructure across distributed systems.
•Lead incident management and root cause analysis; own incident response processes and drive post-incident improvements.
•Service monitoring and automation; build and maintain automated monitoring, alerting, and healing systems.
•Performance tuning and capacity planning; identify bottlenecks and implement scaling strategies.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (software engineers, product, DevOps) to enhance reliability and delivery pipelines.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in Infrastructure/SRE roles with production systems management in large-scale environments
•Strong proficiency in AWS and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
•Solid understanding of cloud-native architecture, Linux systems, microservices, and CI/CD tooling (CircleCI, GitHub Actions, Argo)
•Expertise in monitoring/observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, New Relic)
•Programming/scripting in Python, Go, Bash, or similar for automating infrastructure
