Head of Human Resources – Global Innovation Center

Build, scale, and run the full people strategy for a newly established Global Innovation Center in Pune. Lead the end-to-end people lifecycle, including workforce planning, onboarding, performance management, compensation benchmarking, and employee relations. Serve as the primary HR advisor to GIC and global technology leadership, oversee talent acquisition governance and hiring strategy, and set local culture, engagement, and HR governance to keep the center audit-ready.
