Functional Architect on the WoW Finance - Source to Pay team responsible for the day-to-day health and long-term growth of Workday's Evisort platform. Own roadmap and architecture strategy, translate business requirements into configurations, optimize processes for efficiency and scale, and document architecture decisions to enable knowledge sharing and continuity.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage daily operational support for Workday's Evisort instances (GPO, Legal, GTM) ensuring reliability and performance
•Own the roadmap and architecture strategy for new Evisort builds and deployments
•Partner with source-to-pay business teams to translate requirements into well-designed configurations and solutions
•Evaluate existing processes/workflows to identify opportunities for optimization, efficiency, and scalability
•Collaborate across functional areas to align system capabilities with business objectives and document architecture decisions

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 135,200 - 202,800 annually

Equity and Bonus:Equity

Key Requirements

•7+ years of work experience in enterprise application administration, functional architecture, or a similar role
•5+ years of experience with contract lifecycle management platforms (Evisort preferred)
•System configuration: setup and maintenance of enterprise systems with troubleshooting, security, and performance optimization
•Business analysis: ability to interpret data, understand processes, and inform decisions
•Process capability analysis and process improvement to improve efficiency and quality
