Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage daily operational support for Workday's Evisort instances (GPO, Legal, GTM) ensuring reliability and performance
  • •Own the roadmap and architecture strategy for new Evisort builds and deployments
  • •Partner with source-to-pay business teams to translate requirements into well-designed configurations and solutions
  • •Evaluate existing processes/workflows to identify opportunities for optimization, efficiency, and scalability
  • •Collaborate across functional areas to align system capabilities with business objectives and document architecture decisions

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 135,200 - 202,800 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of work experience in enterprise application administration, functional architecture, or a similar role
  • •5+ years of experience with contract lifecycle management platforms (Evisort preferred)
  • •System configuration: setup and maintenance of enterprise systems with troubleshooting, security, and performance optimization
  • •Business analysis: ability to interpret data, understand processes, and inform decisions
  • •Process capability analysis and process improvement to improve efficiency and quality
