Key Responsibilities

•Lead and grow the Admin Console engineering team, providing both people leadership and strong technical direction.
•Own architecture and execution for core admin-facing workflows including data source setup, security configuration, deployment management, and feature rollout controls.
•Partner closely with Product and Design to simplify complex enterprise workflows and make the admin experience more intuitive and scalable.
•Help evolve the Admin Console from a system centered on crawlers and data setup into a broader control plane for enterprise context, actions, governance, and AI capability management.
•Improve self-serve activation so admins can get their organizations up and running faster, with less dependency on human support.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 250,000 - 300,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of software engineering experience building production distributed systems or cloud-native applications.
•1+ years of engineering management experience of a full stack team.

•Strong coding skills in Python, Go, Java, C++, or Javascript.
•Experience building enterprise SaaS, enterprise platform, admin console, or similarly configurable product experiences.
