Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and grow the Admin Console engineering team, providing both people leadership and strong technical direction.
  • •Own architecture and execution for core admin-facing workflows including data source setup, security configuration, deployment management, and feature rollout controls.
  • •Partner closely with Product and Design to simplify complex enterprise workflows and make the admin experience more intuitive and scalable.
  • •Help evolve the Admin Console from a system centered on crawlers and data setup into a broader control plane for enterprise context, actions, governance, and AI capability management.
  • •Improve self-serve activation so admins can get their organizations up and running faster, with less dependency on human support.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of software engineering experience building production distributed systems or cloud-native applications.
