Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and maintain AI/ML models and solutions to address business needs.
  • •Translate stakeholder requirements into AI-driven applications and data pipelines, including RAG and vector database integrations.
  • •Develop and integrate AI infrastructure across training, deployment, and runtime environments, including APIs and enterprise system integrations.
  • •Monitor AI model performance and system health to ensure reliability and SLA compliance; perform root-cause analysis and continuous improvements.
  • •Support end-to-end AI lifecycle through Dev/Test/UAT/Production using CI/CD and versioning, while enforcing security, access control, data privacy, and compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (master’s in AI/ML/Data Science preferred).
  • •8–12 years of total experience, including 4+ years of AI/ML/Intelligent Automation development experience.
  • •Strong programming experience for AI/MLOps domains, including Python, SQL, and Java.
  • •Knowledge of data engineering and AI workflows (APIs, data sources, and enterprise system integrations).
  • •Experience with MLOps/AI lifecycle tasks such as model training, validation, monitoring, and retraining, plus troubleshooting skills.
