Site Manager (Kolwezi, Lualaba, CD)

Lead day-to-day service operations for the Kansoko site in the mining sector, driving safety, SHEQ compliance, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Oversee workforce allocation, maintenance planning, equipment uptime, and continuous improvement activities. Manage contractual and KPI performance, including P&L, cost control, invoicing, and labour recovery. Serve as the primary customer liaison and escalation point while leading, mentoring, and developing the site team.
