Key Responsibilities

•Win the deals that define the region by acting as the senior technical voice in strategic pursuits and closing the gap between customer landscapes and Zip.
•Build the EA function from zero to one by creating foundational assets such as templates, reference architectures, integration matrices, and security/compliance packages.
•Own the system integration narrative by detailing how Zip interfaces with SAP, Oracle, Workday, Netsuite, Coupa, and other systems using middleware.
•Navigate EMEA-specific complexity including e-invoicing mandates, GDPR, DORA, and multi-entity/multi-currency rollouts.
•Bridge GTM and Product by translating customer requirements into product inputs and influencing roadmap prioritization.
