Area Contracting Manager

Lead the contracting fulfillment process for Trane’s commercial projects, supporting operational excellence and strategic objectives. You’ll supervise contracting project management and technician teams, manage customer satisfaction through issue resolution and communication, and validate contracts and estimates using risk analysis and constructability knowledge. Own project portfolio performance from inception to completion, including forecasting, financial commitments, subcontractor performance, and closeout reviews while making safety the top priority.
