Maintenance Superintendent

Oversee day-to-day terminal maintenance by managing internal activities and supervising third-party vendors to keep assets safe, ready, and compliant. Provide daily updates on REAL and KEY asset readiness, monitor vendor work scope and time, and coordinate with permit writers so vendors arrive ready to start. Troubleshoot mechanical equipment issues, support repairs and preventive maintenance priorities, and help manage parts/inventory and onsite capital projects while working primarily nights and flexible shifts.
