Job Summary

Operate production and maintenance work at the RVI Clarksville rendering facility, including unloading and washing trailers/reefers, monitoring cookers, and maintaining plant cleanliness. Drive yard trucks to move trailers and load finished product. Perform lubrication checks, oil and belt changes, equipment PM, and auger inspections while following Tyson safety procedures and policies. Key Responsibilities

•Unload and wash trailers and reefers and monitor cookers and soap/wash areas of the plant.
•Drive yard truck to transport trailers and reefers and load finished product.
•Check lubrication on machinery and change oil and belts on gear boxes.
•Perform equipment PM and auger inspections while maintaining a safe work environment.
•Maintain clean work areas using soap and high-pressure water and adhere to Tyson policies and procedures.

Salary: USD 20.35 - 29.1 hourly

Key Requirements

•Have mechanical/maintenance skills from your work history or skills section on the application.
•Hold a current Arkansas Driver’s License and pass the Tyson Yard/Lot Driver Assessment.
•Be willing to work shift A, B, C, or D and be at least 18 years old.
•Be able to meet physical requirements (e.g., lifting up to 60 pounds, standing for long periods, climbing stairs/ladders up to 30 feet) in extreme weather and odors.
•Obtain required certification and operate a forklift or skid-steer loader; use basic hand tools and perform maintenance skills (e.g., troubleshooting, welding/fabrication, wiring, motor controls, conveyor maintenance).
