Key Responsibilities

  • •Earn piece-rate pay and participate in an unlimited commission plan.
  • •Train to become an expert on smart home technology and industry-leading products.
  • •Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home technology in customer homes.
  • •Manage inventory and assets, and perform routine maintenance of company products and equipment.
  • •Explain system capabilities and provide operational instructions to customers.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold a valid driver’s license, maintain a good driving record, and have reliable transportation.
  • •Be able to pass post-offer background investigation and licensing requirements required by applicable law.
  • •Live within a 20-mile radius of the city.
  • •Have a sales mindset with experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service-based sales (major plus).
  • •Have technical aptitude from related experience (e.g., cable/satellite install, pest control, construction, or solar is helpful).
