Job Summary

Ensure asset and equipment master data is kept current and that new assets are handed over safely and efficiently. Prepare and issue PPM and inspection workorders, manage SAP approvals and roles, and support operational and FM service provider needs for system and mobility device support. Handle invoice and insurance claim processing, manage CAPEX/variable works workflows, generate reports, and provide SAP support and training to staff in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

•Update and maintain assets/equipment data and ensure safe, timely asset handovers.
•Prepare and issue PPM workorders and inspection workorders.
•Create SAP master data for functional locations, equipment, measuring points, PPM plans and checklists, and maintain partner responsibility links.
•Manage CAPEX/variable works using relevant PO information and workflow approval management (Tijori).
•Provide SAP support and training; manage SAP roles/approvals and generate required reports.
•Maintain compliance with Information Security policies and coordinate with internal/external audit teams as applicable.

Key Requirements

•Preferably have a degree/diploma in IT, facility management, construction, or accounts.
•1–2 years of experience with an FM company.
•Create and maintain asset master data in SAP (functional location, equipment, measuring points, PPM plan and checklists).
•Manage SAP workorders and PPM schedules/orders in the SAP system as per contract requirements.
•Provide SAP support and training to AMSS staff and FM service providers.
