Key Responsibilities

  • •Own creation, refinement, and prioritization of the user story backlog, including mapping and identifying cross-team dependencies
  • •Define story acceptance criteria and ensure work meets the definition of done; provide context to the development team
  • •Facilitate Agile ceremonies, monitor capacity and demand, and support system demonstrations and UAT testing
  • •Manage product lifecycle from requirements gathering through release; deliver against feature-level business scope and requirements
  • •Monitor scope changes, manage delivery risks/blockers, maintain roadmap and OKR alignment, and provide weekly/monthly status reporting

Key Requirements

  • •7 years of experience as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, Business Systems Analyst, and/or Business Analyst leading Salesforce application development
  • •Experience managing onshore/offshore teams
  • •Bachelor’s Degree
  • •Experience with Regional Bank and/or Commercial loan line of business
  • •Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
