Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform quantitative analyses across financial forecasting, medical cost analysis, reserving, pricing, risk adjustment, and value-based care initiatives.
  • •Develop and maintain analytical models using actuarial principles, statistical methods, and large healthcare datasets to evaluate performance and identify trends.
  • •Partner with actuaries and cross-functional business leaders to analyze operational and financial performance and develop data-driven recommendations.
  • •Prepare reports, dashboards, and executive presentations to communicate analytical findings for business planning and performance monitoring.
  • •Support rotations across actuarial disciplines and improve/automate analyses by identifying process opportunities and using tools like SQL, Excel, and Python.

Key Requirements
